Blast
Freezers are manufactured upon request, considering the necessary capacities for
effective freezing of fresh food stuffs like meat, fish, vegetables, and
fruits. Design of the interior refrigeration system is made according to
usage of the room; where the goods are loaded into the insulated room once
and after the predetermined time, according to the load, unload the frozen
goods. Power of compressor and refrigeration capacities should be
determined according to requirement.

Refrigeration
system, operating with Copeland two stage semi-hermetic compressor,
consists of exterior unit with air cooled condenser and interior unit
designed to form a directed air flow in the room. Objective of the said
design of the interior unit is to keep the commodity to be frozen in
airflow, with high speed, namely Freeze Tunnel. In this way, it will be
possible to reduce temperature, at the center of the commodity, to frozen
storage temperatures.
Having
sound and efficient results from air blast freezing is dependent on the
correct stacking plan in the room and correct utilization of the air blast
freezing system. For every new investment of air blast freezer, while
designing the room, its usage (stacking pattern, weight loaded and
freezing time) is also planned as a principal. Especially, stacking
pattern is of great importance to have a homogeneous airflow. Homogeneous
airflow ensures equivalent freezing of commodity at every point. For this
reason, use of the blast freezer room with correct stacking must be
considered.
